    We completely respect your privacy at Wesleys. We will never sell, rent or give away your name, e-mail or address to anyone - ever. We will use your e-mail address only to communicate with you about your orders. If you would like to receive news or information on special promotions, sign up for our newsletter by clicking on the maillinglist button and submit your name.

    Please note that if you register as an M-Web SafeShop customer, your shipping details and billing details (minus credit card details) will be kept in a secure server for your use the next time you shop with any M-Web SafeShop store. However, this information is exclusively used for the handling of your orders and for your added convenience. It will never be sold, rented or given away to a third party.
  • Returns Policy
     At Wesleys, we sell all of our products with a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly refund your money in full – minus original shipping costs – as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us on +27 (011) 613-3635 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00) and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase.

     Ordering from Wesleys is safe and secure. From the moment you enter our "shopping cart", you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology - the industry standard - and M-Web SafeShop, among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

    It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We form a part of the M-Web Shopping experience.
  • Shipping Info
     Order confirmation
    When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
    Shipping confirmation
    You will then receive a second e-mail from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second e-mail should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
    All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in stock.
    Orders submitted on a weekend
    Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second e-mail from us within two business days confirming shipment of your order.
    Delivery to P O Box
    Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does not deliver to P O Boxes. Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office.
    Item not in stock
    If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within one business day and be given the opportunity to either backorder or cancel.
