DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Your new Paradigm System humidifier comes ready for use.
Simply remove the backing from both sides of the plate and apply to the mounting surface.
Remove the humidifier from its packing and soak the unit for 10 minutes in distilled water.
Wipe off all surface moisture and install in your humidor.

Why distilled water? Normal water contains salts which it leaves behind as it evaporates.
The fine surgical foam will become clogged and unable to retain water.

There is no need to use any commercial additive. The unit is complete and ready to use for
a lifetime. Depending on the quality of the humidor, the condition of the cigars, and the
frequency of use, a two to three month service interval* is assured.
When installing in a new humidor a conditioning interval of 1 to 3 weeks is required to
achieve optimum humidity levels.

The system delivers moisture to achieve a constant relative humidity of 70%.
When the air in the humidor has reached that level no more moisture would be released.
Thus in smaller or less-used humidors the refill time will be extended;
while if the Paradigm is too small for your humidor it will never “switch off” and will
continue to deliver moisture all the time, maybe without achieving the desired humidity
level in the humidor.

Cigar Classics Inc. warrants the contents to be free from defects in mfg for life.
Defective products may be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement unit,
with a sales receipt.
