Never put your beer down
Activate your Butte Torch Tongs® by gently tapping the switch button on your hip … that way you’ll never lose your beer.
Be Courageous with Fillet
Cook beef fillet over a very hot fire. Keep using your Butte Torch Tongs® to turn the fillet regularly. Continue for 20 minutes and then have the courage to remove.
Beyond Tin Foil
Fish in tin foil is so last decade. Cut your butterflied fish into portions, season the flesh side and use your Butte Torch Tongs® to braai like anything else. Approximately 6-7 minutes on the skin side and 2-3 minutes on the flesh side.
Veggies on coals while you wait
Dice loads of veggies into a roasting dish with heaps of garlic and chillies. Then rub olive oil, salt and pepper all over. Cover with tin foil and place on the braai when the fire is still too hot for the meat. You’’ have delicious veggies in 30 minutes.
