Close your eyes - and pick up a Lorenzo pipe.

The feel is what
makes it special!

Latest update August 27, 2010

The original Lorenzo company was founded in 1900 and exports started in 1922. We were fortunate to visit the factory in Gallarate, Italy and meet with Lorenzo, the Italian master pipe maker with a flair for design.
Lorenzo Tagliabue passed away in the late eighties, but his reputation of being an artist amongst Pipe Manufacturers lives on in the distinctive styles he created.

“Personally Selected”
Each year on our annual business trip to Europe, we visit the Italian factory and warehouse of Lorenzo pipes. We are fortunate to be able to browse through the storeroom for exceptional value pipes: over-runs from big orders, a range too small to make a general offer, a range created from an unusual set of shapes. We also look for some top quality individual pieces, near-clean bowls, light for their size with plenty of hard wood, and of course the Lorenzo good feel and balance.
Invariably, we leave feeling exhilarated by all the treasures we have found.
